It costs 50 points to learn an additional religion from inside the Feats menu that wasn't learned during character creation. However, most religions can be learned for free if you talk to the correct trainer for the specific religion. For example, if you want to learn the Set religion then you will need to find the Set Trainer.

All trainers can be found throughout the Exiled Lands. Alternatively, religions can also be learned from religious relics dropped by named priests. Trainers do not exist on the Isle of Siptah, so the only way to learn extra religions there without paying the feat cost is to find the relics.
